Support us

Unsafe at School is not currently accepting monetary donations. In fact, if we register as a charity, Canadian Tax Law may prevent us from being an effective advocate for change. Instead we urge parents and stakeholders to donate or support Canadian organizations that have endorsed the Safe at School statement of principles. Unsafe at School is also looking for volunteers with experience in media, legal, translation and health care; and for Canadian physicians and professional organizations to endorse the Safe at School principles. If you have questions or want to share your story please contact us.

Canadian Organizations Endorsing the Safe at School statement of principles

We look forward to adding more organizations and Canadian professional associations to this list.
  • The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) has endorsed the Safe at School principles. The Canadian site for the JDRF donations is www.jdrf.ca
Canadian Organizations that have not endorsed the Safe at School statement of principles or have taken the position that the status quo is good enough for Canadian school children:

If you work with or support these organizations, encourage them to endorse the Safe at School principles.
